H has to be Himalayas for me!
They are my second love after ‘Books!’
My first experience in Himalayas was spellbinding. To stand and gaze at the mighty mountains was utterly fabulous. The mountain air evokes the soul within you and certainly come back to the plains a changed person. It is so sublime that I have goosebumps just thinking about it.
Days and days pass by
My love for them stands by
It is a calling I cannot ignore
For I long for them forever more!
I have been visiting Himalayas every year now.
Well do visit Himalayas, the abode of mighty mountains and bliss!
Or have you been to Himalayas and how was your experience?
Visiting the Himalayas would be tough for me, but I have been to the Rockies more than once, and visited the mountains in Norway last year. Find me here LINK

Lucky you, I never been to Himalayas and seen it only in movies! I should plan a visit sometime to experience the beauty in person.

Mountains have that effect, don’t they? I grew up near the Rockies, and now life close to the Appalachians. I feel a yearning for them.

Well we can only imagine the view. For one thing we are prone to altitude sickness. Two journeys confirmed that. We could take pills for it, but decided perhaps to try this a little later. Not yet on our bucket list, but it sure tempting!

My only experience with the Himalayas has been a ride at Disney World. ha. 🙂 I’d love to visit someday, though I’m not sure I’d be up for hiking them or climbing them. Perhaps just a restaurant with a view of them would be fine? 🙂
